GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACTING

Generalities: The domain www.rocaroya.com (As well as all the domains that are redirected within the web environment for positioning and structural purposes) are owned by ROCA ROYA S.L. with CIF: B-22216709, and registered office at Ctra. Product Availability

If the case of unavailability of a product occurs once the order is placed and before the end of the process of sending the sale in question, the buyer will be informed by e-mail or by phone of the partial shipment or cancellation of his order .

If the account charge had already been made at the time of giving the information regarding the unavailability of the product, a refund will be made for the corresponding amounts, informing the buyer about it by sending an e-mail. Bank transfer

Very important, is that you indicate in the concept of the transfer the order number, followed by your name and surname. This transfer must be made within three days after the order is placed so that it can be validated, otherwise it will be canceled.
To perform administrative procedures faster, you can send us a proof of income made to the following email address: info@rocaroya.com. In any case, until there is no verification from the bank that the payment has been made on account, the shipment will not proceed.
Remember that any currency or bank exchange commission is borne by the person making the order, since it has been decided to opt for this payment method.

Cash on delivery
The customer can place orders with this form of payment with a commission of 3% of the total order. ROCA ROYA will decide if it is sent after contacting the customer for confirmation.

Delivery

Modalities and place of delivery: The products will be sent to the shipping address that the buyer has indicated during the process of placing the order.

ROCA ROYA ships in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

Orders with delivery in post office boxes will not be accepted.

In order to optimize delivery to all parties, we thank the buyer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

Delivery time: The approximate delivery time will be 48 hours in working days and as long as the order is placed before 1:00 p.m.

If this delay is caused by force majeure, while the product is in the logistics phase, ROCA ROYA will inform the partner of said circumstance and that, therefore, the costs arising from that cancellation will be at his expense.

The delivery times are average terms corresponding to the preparation and shipping times of the products, calculated according to the estimated date of receipt of the goods in our warehouses. These deadlines may vary depending on the destination.

Each delivery is considered made from the moment in which the transport company makes the product available to the buyer or person authorized by it, which is materialized through the control system used by the transport company.

Precautions to be taken into account at the time of delivery: It is up to the recipient to check the shipments upon arrival, express the observations and submit any claims he deems appropriate, he may even reject the package, if the latter is likely to have been opened or if it shows clear signs of deterioration. Said observations or claims must be sent to the transport company and to ROCA ROYA.

If the products delivered do not conform in nature or quality to the specifications indicated on the delivery note, the buyer must, under penalty of expiration, make their claims within seven days of delivery.

Return: You can return your purchases during the 14 business days following receipt, as a general rule, except for products that, due to their special and specific characteristics, cannot be returned. From that moment, the buyer partner has a period of 3 calendar days to deliver the returned products to the address provided under the following conditions:

When the delivered product is defective ROCA ROYA S.L. will be responsible for the collection of the product at the address indicated by the user.

The refund in the customer's account as a result of this return will be made in the shortest possible time from the reception of the goods by ROCA ROYA SL The return of the products will result in a refund equal to the purchase price of the product / s returned / s deducted.

The refund does not include any costs of delivery.

Once the merchandise is received in our warehouses and the fulfillment of the aforementioned conditions has been verified, the amount will be refunded according to the payment method made.

Warranty

The contractual guarantee offered is the one usually granted by the brand or supplier. The duration of these guarantees is clearly detailed in the product description sheet. No buyer may request a broader warranty than the provider offers.
Except in the event of a breakdown at the time of unpacking, ROCA ROYA will not be obliged to pick up the damaged product and the buyer should go to the After Sales Service of the brand or supplier. In this regard, ROCA ROYA will take the appropriate measures to provide the partners that request it with the contact details of said service and will provide these sufficient information for the presentation of the relevant claims.
