CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

We offer you the possibility of returning any product as long as 14 days have elapsed since the order was placed and one of these conditions is met:
1.- Received the defective product.
2.- Received a product other than purchased.
3.- The size you received is the one you ordered but it is not correct.

How should I communicate the return?

To return a product you must enter your account and select the "product return" tab and follow the steps indicated.
How should I make the return?

Once the intention to return the product has been communicated, in a maximum of 24 hours we will indicate the parcel company you should use and the return shipping address. You should only call the company to agree on the address and collection schedule and deliver the package to the ports that meet the following conditions:
1. The product must be received in our warehouses in the same state in which it was delivered, both the product and its packaging.
2. You must include a copy of the delivery note, and a document that identifies the returned product and its reason.

Does the return cost anything?

Returns for error in shipping or defective product have NO cost to the buyer.
Returns for erroneous size or withdrawal will be the only ones that the buyer assumed the return shipping cost.

How and when do I receive my money?

Once the return process has been completed and the product has been verified in our warehouses, we will refund the amount by the same means that made the purchase within a maximum of 20 days from the beginning of the process.
